Dec and Feb $205 - $210 p/n upto 4 adults and 3 children.
March - Nov $205.00 upto 4 adults and 3 children.
Easter and Public Holidays $210 p/n upto 4 adults and 3 children.

January 5 night minimum . 4 nights minimum rest of year. Short to medium term rental available (ideal if needing temporary furnished accommodation). Please enquire for our special rates.

Description

A charming 3 bed cottage minutes walk from beach and Queen Elizabeth Park Reserve for walking and biking. Located up a quiet lane in a sheltered, sunny position. Raumati South. Quality family friendly home with french doors from lounge and main bedroom leading to a fully fenced flat garden. Great place for couples or families to relax, unwind and play on the beach. Heat pump for those chillier days.

Wonderful view of mountains from main bedroom. Easy walking distance to beach and the sand dunes of QEP. Public tennis courts and childrens play area nearby. Flat garden. Paraparaumu gold course 10 minutes drive. Train station for trips to Wellington. No TV but plenty wine glasses and board games. 2 camp beds available on request.
