Tariff

January 6th - March 4th 2012 $160 per night

April 5th - April 11th 2012 $170 per night,

March 5th 2012 through to December 20th 2012,

$135 per night- 3 nights or more - excludes long weekends ($145 per night)
$145 per night - Minimum 2 nights

CHRISTMAS /NEW YEAR:- December 21st 2012 to January 6th 2012 - $250 per night, minimum stay 7 nights.

Above prices are for 6 people, and $30 per person per night thereaafter up to a max of 8 people per booking

Description

For a holiday away with the family,
a Change of scene, or a Romantic hideaway retreat.

Eventide is a cosy 5 year old beach house located in a quiet street only 50 metres from the safe swimming North Waikanae Beach.

Cafe's, Tennis Court, Shops are 15 minutes walk away, or 5 minutes drive.

For the golfers, Waikanae Golf course is 5 minutes drive.

The house has everything you will need for a great stay, enjoy the indoor outdoor flow, onto one of the three decks.

Downstairs is a large Kitchen, Dining area, Lounge, WoodBurner, Bathroom with Double Shower, Bedroom with internal access to the bathroom. For people who are mobility bound, there is ramped access to the house, and the mentioned facilities downstairs.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet.

For Babies and Tots, we have toys, baby bath, High Chair, Cot and a Buggy (Please let us know if you require these in advance). Childrens playground is 10 minutes walk away with swings, slides, and climbing Tower

Rugby World Cup matches in Wellington, Trains can be caught from Waikanae Railway station to the match venue.

Great TV reception with SKY TV, along with Movies and Sports channels
