Great for cricket, badminton, paddling pool or just taking it easy - ideal for family holidays. Conveniently located less than a minute's walk from the beach and not much further to golf course, tennis courts and children's playground. Also close to mini-mart, dairy, cafes and take-away shop. Short drive to public swimming pool, supermarkets, village shops and Waikanae River (great for picnics, walks, bike rides).
