Description

Number 10 is a relaxed and sunny beach bach located less than 100m from beautiful Waikanae Beach. On your doorstep are three great cafe's, a well provisioned corner store, tennis court and playground. Waikanae Beach Golf Club, Bowling Club and Tennis Club are also within easy walking distance. The house sits on a large lawn, surrounded by a hedge so is perfect for children of all ages.
Number 10 is fully furnished, recently renovated and very comfortable. Games, jigsaw puzzles, toys and a small library ensure that the hours you don't spend on the beach are realaxed and happy. A two single berth caravan makes a great kids second 'home' for either playing or sleeping in. There is a garage on site as well as ample parking for up to 3 cars or a boat.
A woodburner and plenty of firewood keeps the whole house toasty in winter.
