Description

This is a large roomy house that fronts on to the sand dunes, river, and beach. There's flat lawn for the kids, beach side, and the dunes are just one big adventure playground for young and old.
Whitebait and flounder in the river too...
There's an internal double garage, and adjoining carport so plenty of parking and play areas.
Only 1hr:20 mins drive from Wellington, this is a great remote place to be. The nearest store is 7kms, there's no high flying here, just a small, slow, relaxed community.
