Description

Absolute beach front. This 3 bedroom, one bathroom bach is a summer paradise. You don't need all the mod cons when you have such amazing views of Kapiti and the spectacular West Coast sunsets.

The house sits high on the section with a great outlook. The north-facing, sheltered courtyard is popular all year round.

The house is tidy but a bit tired, in an absolutely primo position at Waitarere Beach, which has all you need for a great summer holiday.
