$130 per night for one bach.
plus a one off cleaning fee of $30

$250 per night for both baches.
plus one off cleaning fee of $40

Description

A brand new beach house in Rua Ave across the street from one of the best beaches
in the Horowhenua.
Lovely furniture. Fantastic location.
There are two baches with a joint internal courtyard.
Front bach.
the front bach has a lounge/dining/kitchen (with oven) and fridge, one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It has sliding doors that open the bach right up with access to a front private courtyard. Also sliding doors open up to a joint courtyard with barbeque and laundry and outdoor shower. This bach also has a log burner. T.V.
This bach is suitable for a couple.
Back bach.
the back bach has a lounge/dinning/kitchen (with electric hobs, microwave, and fridge)
Two bedrooms a bathroom with shower. Sliding doors which open to large back lawn with trampoline. Also sliding doors into a joint courtyard with barbeque, laundry and outdoor shower. This bach also has a log burner. T.V. This bach is suitable for a family.
Both baches can be rented together for a shared group, two families or a large family.
