Quiet country location, only 10 minutes drive from town. This cute cottage is set amongst the bush on a lifestyle block surrounded by tuis, wood pigeons, and moreporks. Bus is available at the gate. Open fire. Cottage is fenced so pets are welcome but prefer that they are kept outside. Happy to provide breakfast ingredients if requested. Must like farm animals as chickens are free ranging around, along with goats, horses, pigs and sheep in surrounding paddocks. Reviews
“We are a family group,( incl 4 adults and 3 children. )We stayed at the cottage for a week. We loved the location. Being city kids from Australia, they loved walking up the track to collect huge free-range eggs for breakfast daily, and taking a bucket of scraps up to the paddocks to feed the pigs. Even the horses and the Sheep were friendly. ..!!..We had everything we needed . The lush scenic views and the exclusive quiet spot was much appreciated. Couldnt change the gale-force winds from wellington though, but we had a great stay..
Thanks, Mather family for all your efforts..
