Description

Our Duvauchelle Retreat is a lovely modern, comfortable home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's warm, gets all day sun and is fully furnished with excellent facilities. Enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hot water and hobs. Relax in the spa bath, sit by the gas fire, use the Freeview satellite TV (or BYO SKY decoder), DVD player, video, CD player,Ipod speaker dock, relax on the balcony and enjoy wonderful sea and rural views. Section is flat, fully fenced, with swings and slide for the kids and plenty of parking for your cars and boat. Gas BBQ, washing machine and dryer available. A sleepout on the property, close to the main house, may be rented as well. It has 2 small bedrooms and is fully self contained with its own kitchen/lounge area and bathroom. The beach is 1 minute stroll away. Within a kilometre is a golf course, boat ramp, playground, tennis court, hotel (with meals), garage, convenience store and cafe bistro. Akaroa is 8 minute drive away with shops, supermarket, cafes, cruises, etc. Christchurch is a 60 minute drive away.
