Master bedroom downstairs with access to balcony plus guest bathroom with separate shower, soak in the delighful deep bath. Enjoy the modern kitchen, adjoining lounge with heat pump for all year comfort. All balconies give you wonderful sea & rural views. The section has easy drive on access with internal double garage & autodoor opener.
A five minute stroll will take you to the boat ramp & beach, 10 minutes away is the playground, tennis court, hotel, garage & convenience store.
Akaroa is only 8 minutes drive away with cafes, restaurants & Local craft shop, plus supermarket.
