Description

Penlington views holiday home is conveniently located close to many of Akaroa's shops, restaurants and cafes.

The house is well equipped with all the modern comforts from home.
The lounge opens onto a sun drenched balcony, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the great views over Akaroa and its harbour, there is also a private garden with BBQ area and fruit trees. During the winter relax and enjoy the log burner in the large lounge with SKY TV.
Or take a stroll along the picturesque water front.

It's a great place for friends and family to stay with 2 ensuites and 2 bathrooms. We know you have a wonderful time.
