Tariff
$150 per night for 4 persons (November-March);
$180 per night for 4 persons, April-September (additional charge covers use of underfloor heating)
$20 per night for additional persons

Deposit equivalent to half the total charge - to confirm the booking
Payment in full when collecting keys before staying. For bookings during peak times (school holidays and long weekends), payment in full is required 4 weeks in advance.
In case of cancellations, deposits are non-refundable if the house cannot be re-let.
People renting are responsible for turning off underfloor heating before departure, otherwise extra charge to cover electricity cost @$30/day
If you break something, we ask you to arrange a replacement.
If another party is coming in on the same day as you leave, you need to vacate the house by 4pm, or otherwise by negotiation.
Description
A fully equipped comfortable modern alpine styled home with 360 degree mountain scenery. 60 minutes drive from Christchurch. Close to 5 ski fields, boating lakes, rock climbing, mountain and forest tramping, caving, mountain biking and fishing. The Village has a tennis court and petanque area (boules supplied). The house has wonderful mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, large log fire (with ample wood supplied), underfloor heating in all areas except the bedrooms (separate bedroom heating and electric blankets on all beds), lengthy private north-facing covered verandah, BBQ area, and internal access to the garage.
