Immigrating? Extended vacation? Visiting family? Or just looking for a quiet family home while you're working in Christchurch? We specialise in stays of one month or more, up to six months available.

Kowhai Villa Apartments offers two boutique self-catered apartments within a 95 yr old home, in a garden setting showcasing NZ native plants.

Kowhai Villa is completely renovated in a classic modern style, offering new kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, new bathrooms, gas hot water and tasteful furnishings.

A telephone for local and toll free calls is available in each apartment along with wireless broadband internet for your convenience.

Each apartment has a private courtyard with relaxing areas to sit in the sun or dappled shade. Cathedral Square is an easy 10-15 minute walk, and there are shops and cafes close by. The villa is located close to the central city, in a quiet street near a park and the Avon River.

A cot and highchair are available on request.
