Description

Modern and tastefully furnished and equipped, Bryndwr Cottage provides superior accommodation in a central location situated close to Merivale, Fendalton and Northlands. Single storeyed with a large fully fenced private garden and entertainment areas with off-street double garaging.

Bryndwr Cottage is located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes drive to:
• Merivale’s wonderful selection of shops and cafes,
• The city centre and Hagley Park,
• The Northlands and Riccarton’s Westfield Malls.

Ideal house for visitors on long term stays to Christchurch wanting homely setting and for immigrants wanting fully furnished home while they look for their own property.
Cleaning materials supplied and a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided.

A deposit for the lesser of 2 weeks rental or 50% of the total rental is required at the time the booking is confirmed. All bookings cancelled within 7 days of expected arrival will incur full booking cost, with a maximum of 2 weeks rental, if the cottage is unable to be re-let. Damages to the property, theft of assets and abnormal cleaning requirements will be charged separately to the tenant. It is agreed that these terms are accepted by payment of the deposit.
