Cherry Tree Cottage (Stand-alone Apartment): $115 per night per family, $10 extra adults. $700 per week per family peak rate and $450 per week per family off-peak rate. Reduced rates for stays of a month or longer and also for off-season stays.

Description

Cherry Tree Cottage is a self-catering, stand-alone 1 bedroom cottage. It is located in the grounds of our charming 1910’s character villa, only 5 minutes drive from Cathedral Square (city centre).

The cottage and villa are situated in a beautiful garden setting, with rhododendrons, hydrangeas, roses, a bricked courtyard with garden furniture, and amazing cherry-trees in full bloom mid-September each year. The cottage has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, TV, stereo, DVD and wireless Internet access. The cottage can sleep four people, with a queen bedroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living area.

Cherry Tree Cottage is located in peaceful and leafy St Martins/Opawa with the Heathcote river at the end of the street. We are handy to buses to the central city, CPIT, the Gondola, Lyttelton, and many malls and leisure attractions via the orbiter bus. Cherry Tree Cottage is within walking distance to cafes, shops, a supermarket, CPIT Sullivan Ave and AMI Stadium.
