Description

Bartlett By The Park cannot be beaten for location and comfort. Bartlett Street is a quiet street beside Hagley Park with easy access to the Airport, Central Christchurch and Riccarton. The house has no earthquake damage.

The house is a new 2-story executive townhouse, tastefully furnished. Inviting and well equipped, it features bright, open-plan kitchen / living / dining space with good indoor/outdoor flow which is superb for escaping from the hubbub of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped - assuming that you can resist the numerous local restaurants (easy walking distance). On warm summer evenings you can relax on the deck or barbecue in the garden.

The bedrooms are upstairs.

Parking is available on-street and in the garage (accessible from the house).

Whatever your reason for visiting Christchurch, Bartlett By The Park is a welcoming house in a fantastic location.
