Description

"Sand Dollar Cottage" at Gore Bay is a very comfortable two bedroom cottage, situated on an elevated and private bush clad section with magnificent sea views. It is an ideal and restorative place to take time out, all year round. You can listen to the native bird song and the sound of the sea, or sit on the deck and see the sunset colours on the surrounding hills or the moon rise up from the sea. Relax! The house has most mod cons including a log burner to keep you warm in winter.The beach and childrens' playground are just across the road. Activities in and around Gore Bay include swimming, surfing, fishing, walks, tennis, golf and skiing (Mt Lyford).
PLease note cell phone coverage not available at the Bay, but a short drive nth or sth picks up a cell site. Container for boiled water to drink in the fridge, you may choose to bring bottled water.
