Description
Carinya is situated right in the middle of the township of Hanmer Springs. It is a 3 minute flat walk (no hills) to the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & town centre. Carinya is set on a elevated rear section overlooking Hanmer valley to the south. The entrance & front section is flat from the road with beautiful views of Conical Hill to the north. In winter months open a bottle of wine from one of our local wineries & either sit in front of the open fire or relax in the huge 2 person spa & enjoy the warmth & ambience Carinya has to offer. In the summer months all external doors (lounge/dining/main bedroom) fold back providing a wonderful open feeling with flowthrough ventilation. Enjoy a BBQ and alfresco dining under the shade of the beautiful trees or at night under a wonderous sky full of stars. There is a single garage & plenty of off street parking on this rear section. We now have 2 brand new bathrooms & 3 toilets Porta cot & hi chair available. New leather lounges & LCD wide screen TV SKY movies & sports Channels. We have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 2 of the toilets are in the bathrooms and we have a seperate toilet and hand basin downstairs. In the main bathroom ensuite upstairs we have a huge 2-3 person spa bath. All bathrooms are supplied with Shampoo/conditioner, body soap & handwash & 2 X bath mats. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails & electric wall heating. Spa bathroom has a huge glass window with beautiful views over the valley & mountains to the south east. Bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower for easy access for elderly visitors.
