Minimum stay 2 nights.
$85.00 per night up to 2 adults & 3 children under 16yrs. Extra adults $10.00 per person (16yrs +) per night. Special weekly rate (7 night min.) $80.00 per night up to 2 adults & 3 children. Linen hire (sheets, pillowslips, towels etc) $10.00 per person one-off charge. Duvets, blankets, electric blankets, pillows all supplied.
Option to clean property on departure to leave it in the same condition it was found, or this service can be provided for a charge of $60.00.
Credit card details required as security/bond against damages/excess cleaning.

*EARTHQUAKE UPDATE - The Cottage remains welcoming with only minor cracks and an updated chimneyless look. Recent guest comments include how cosy and safe they felt. No ground damage on the property or in the street. Local area busy and vibrant with shopping, transport and entertainment venues nearby.*
This quaint three bedroom 1930’s cottage has been renovated to retain its unique charm whilst adding some modern comforts. Small enough for romantic escapes for couples but roomy enough to happily accommodate families or groups of up to five people. Edinburgh Cottage is a haven for its guests during their stay. Lovely cottage garden setting, BBQ and outdoor furniture provided to enjoy the peaceful location.
Evening or late flight arrivals are welcomed with curtains drawn, lights and heating on and pantry basics provided.
Spreydon is a suburb bordering on the central city. A short walk to main bus routes. CBS Arena, Addington Raceway, railway station, Tower Junction shopping village, Barrington Mall and Pioneer Sports Stadium are all within easy walking distance. Halswell Quarry Reserve, A & P Showgrounds, Westfields Riccarton, Hagley Park, Christchurch Public and Womens Hospitals, and the central city are within five to ten minutes drive.
