Glenrock is situated up the head of the Rakaia River, 1 1/2hrs drive from Christchurch and 35 minutes to Methven. There are two houses, The Cookshop and The Cottage, are both fully self contained and comfortable. The Cottage sleeps 9, and The Cookshop sleeps 18.
Glenrock is a great place to enjoy the outdoors with great walks, jet boating, mountain biking, rock climbing, bird watching and great fishing with the Rakaia River on your door step. Glenrock is a great place for family and friends of all ages to catch up, have a party or just relax and enjoy the peace, privacy & tranquility of a pristine high country environment.
