Description
This cosy kiwi style bach/beach house is situated in the quiet haven of Waikuku Beach at the mouth of the Ashley River and just 25 minutes north of Christchurch.
The beach, which is patrolled during the summer season, is a 4 minute walk through forest and sand dunes. This is an ideal spot for walking, biking, fishing, swimming, tennis or just relaxing. A great base to explore Christchurch and North Canterbury. The property is well maintained, fully fenced, great for kids and has a sandpit. There is a kids paddling pool in the local park. A BBQ is provided.
