Description

Our seaside retreat is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The village atmosphere has the quaintness of days gone by, but is not yet spoilt by today’s hectic pace of living. Laze on the sun-drenched deck with a good book or take a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Imagine sipping wine under the stars in the outdoor bath, while listening to the ocean nearby.

The 1 bedroom unit (queen bed) also has a double sofa bed in the open plan lounge area and is fully self-contained with kitchen and washing machine. Linen and towels are supplied and a continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Woodend Beach is located half an hour north of Christchurch (10 mins from Kaiapoi and Rangiora) and is one of "Canterbury's best kept secrets". Take a walk in the Tuhaitara Coastal Park, through the Tutaepatu Trail to Pegasus Town and Waikuku. or just soak up the seaside atmosphere on the beach. There are a great variety of excellent cafes, restaurants and vineyards in close proximity. It’s all here so come treat yourself…….
