Description
Montgomery's Vineyard and B&B - a comfortable, sunny two-bedroom "apartment in the country", complete with fully equipped kitchen and dining room (fresh eggs for breakfast from our hens), large living room with fire place and library, (and air-conditioning), leading out onto the private terrace - all located on a hill overlooking Monty's Vineyard, which produces sauvignon blanc grapes.
Make the most of your visit to Marlborough by really living on a family-run vineyard and enjoying all the region has to offer. Golf, fishing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, sailing, visiting the nearby Marlborough Aviation Museum, or just relaxing with a book....... We are just 5 minutes from the airport to the west, and downtown Blenheim is 5 minutes to the east. Courtesy transport to local vineyard restaurants in the evening. Montgomery's B&B is a 2 bedroom, private, self-contained and comfortable "apartment in the country", overlooking Monty's Vineyard and located just 5 minutes from downtown Blenheim. Villa Maria Winery and Fairhall Golf Course are just 1 km to the west, and Wither Hills Winery which can be seen from the kitchen window, is a ten minute stroll to the east. Bikes available for touring the local vineyards. Breakfast provisions are included in the rate.
