Description

Sunny comfortable 2 bedroom open plan bach set amongst native bush in private peaceful surroundings with lots of different birdlife to be seen around bach and good off street parking area. Double concrete launching ramp few minutes from bach, enabling exploration by boat of surrounding bays/fishing or scalloping. A good little beach for surfcasting or relaxing swim is easy 15 mins walk along Nydia Bay track. This track starts from Duncan Bay wharf 15 mins walk from bach or few mins by vehicle. Another track for the energetic among us goes from nearby Penzance to Elaine Bay. Enjoy a row in the 3 metre fibreglass dinghy or use one of the 2 sit-on kayaks for a quiet paddle or exploring the bay. Available is a good selection of books/magazines/games/puzzles. For any wet days freeview TV is available or watch one of selection of family/childrens DVDs. Bach is situated approximately one and half hours from Blenheim and one and quarter hours from Nelson on sealed road.
