Tariff

1st December - March 31st $200.00 per night for 2 persons and $45.00 per night for each extra adult & $20.00 per child

1st April - 30th November $180.00 per night for 2 persons
$35.00 per night for each extra adult and $15.00 for Children
Reduced rates for Longer stays by negotiation in the winter period.

Description

3 Bedroom 3 level Executive house with stunning views and sunsets over D'urville Island.
Peaceful and quiet with no visible neighbours.
Our house is well appointed with new kitchen, granite benchtop, dishwasher, S/S ice maker fridge, induction hob and new S/S oven and S/S oven microwave with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar supplied.
The dining and small lounge room is large, opening up to an extensive front deck area through huge double glazed doors where the BBQ is situated also with a privatized spa by native plantings.
There are 2 lounges both with leather Lounge suites and a TV set in each, the top lounge also has a small library with games and could be used for children sleeping on single mattresses that can be supplied.
The house has been newly carpeted and tiled throughout.
On the bottom level of the house with the other two bedrooms there is a small office/snug, all levels are joined by 2 small flights of stairs.
A small clinker Dinghy and 2 Kayaks are available for guest use, great mountain biking.
