See our other listing (#3511) for downstairs. Open plan kitchen/dining/living, large double bedrooms. Fully renovated last year. Walk across large lawn and down private access to beach, stepping out from under the Pohutakawas onto the beautiful white sand of Coopers Beach. Ample off-street parking.
