Tariff

$125/night for the first 4 people, then $15/night per person.Standard charge of $375 if you want to stay only 2 nights.
50% deposit of booking balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. The house is to be left clean and tidy for the next guests or a cleaning cost will be charged.

Description

A classic comfortable Kiwi bach, situated in the beautiful Kenepuru Sounds. Awake each morning to what we consider being the best sea views in Kenepuru Sounds. Stroll down the section to the waters edge and feel energized in this little part of heaven. Row out the dinghy (weather permitting) and catch breakfast, or for the more energetic take a walk in the hills, or maybe a game of golf (3 kms away), it's all here.
I fell in love with this house 30 years ago, sit on the deck for breakfast lunch or tea and listen to the Tuis, Moreporks, the dawn chorus will amaze you.
A romantic holiday or family retreat, there is a double section at the front for the children to play on; you can enjoy it all here. It is within walking distance to Raetihi Lodge. A registered mooring is available. Look on Google Earth for 7102 Kenepuru Road to see where we are.
