Description

North facing property ensures all-day sun to enjoy a good read in the morning while watching the activities of the bay from the front balcony. Then enjoy the late afternoon sun into the lounge and western balcony for entertaining and BBQ. The private jetty and mooring provide safe haven for boats and swimming. Use the kayak to explore the local bays or access the Queen Charlotte Track for a good walk. Tidal fall of only six feet ensures activities for high and low tide including beach walks or fishing. Heating is thermostatically controlled for year-round enjoyment of the bach when you need to escape the rat-race, but SKY TV keeps you in touch with the outside world. The library, jigsaw puzzles and games provide indoor activity for those rainy days or bring your own videos, DVDs or Play Station to plug in and play. Leave Picton by boat with your groceries and 15minutes later you are in another world. Thats why we keep coming back after 40years but dont stay too long or you may go Soundsy!

Other Restrictions:	Prefer non-smokers but ashtrays provided for smoking outdoors only. Butts not to be discarded in the bush due to fire risk. No smoking inside.
