Large modern galley kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, ceramic cook top and wall oven. Extra fridge and freezer in laundry plus washing machine and dryer. Multifuel burner with wood and coal supplied. Gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating plus sun umbrella. 12 ft aluminium dinghy and private beach with own deepwater mooring. TV & DVD. 30 minute drive from Picton or Havelock. Nearest shop at Linkwater 10 minute drive
