Tariff

December and January, $200 per night for 4 people and $15 for each extra person.
February to November, $150 per night for 4 people and $15 for each extra person.

Description

This recently renovated holiday home is situated on Queen Charlotte Drive only 12 km from Picton or 42 km from Blenheim. It is a beach front house with wonderful views of the Queen Charlotte Sound. From the deck you walk onto a large grass reserve which provides easy access to several very good swimming beaches within the bay.

The house has a large open plan area containing a new kitchen with modern appliances, large living area with expansive views of the bay, a new bathroom containing a spacious laundry, and a new double bedroom. There are three additional bedrooms off the living area. Sliding doors connect the living area to a deck, which provides excellent outdoor living.

The house is situated on a large established section providing privacy in a tranquil setting.

Within Ngakuta Bay there is a public boat ramp and excellent safe swimming beaches.

The property is situated approximately 20km from the start of the Queen Charlotte Track at Anakiwa. The Grape Ride cycle event also passes the front gate.

The picturesque Queen Charlotte Sound provides excellent leisure and recreation.

The wider Marlborough region is renowned for its excellent wineries.
