Set on almost two hectares of hilltop land at a secluded Marlborough sounds vacation spot between Nelson and Blenheim. Great fishing and diving spot. Croisilles Villa is a fully self contained holiday home for up to eight guests.

Positioned for the views over Okiwi Bay, the villa has two kayaks and fishing gear available if required. This is an ideal spot for and extended stay. The private outdoor bathtub looks out to the sea view and extensive deck is popular for alfresco dining with meals prepared on the BBQ or in the fully equipped kitchen. Croisilles Villa has all the facilities needed and a contemporary decor. Although self-catering, basic provisions are supplied along with a complimentary bottle of wine.

A three minute walk to the beach, a seven day dairy in the bay. An hours drive to Nelson or Blenheim. Extensive view out over the bay in this spacious home. Plenty of car and boat parking.
