Description
Large older style farmhouse, in the Pelorus Sound. Approx. 20mins to the open sea. We are a 1700 acre sheep and beef farm in the Marlborough Sounds.
Located 45 mins from Havelock (by boat only), next to Te Rawa resort. There is lots to do, walking tracks, hunting, fishing, joining in on farming activities, or just relaxing.
We are milking house cows every day, and are pretty self sufficient. There is a dinghy and outboard to hire, for experienced boaties (and over 18yo) The most beautiful scenery in the world! We have generated power, from 8:30am-10am, evenings 6pm-10pm.
A great place for children (as we have 2 of our own, doing correspondence) Fishing from the wharf. Must get in quick, as most of January is already booked out, the same groups have been coming here for the last 20 years or so! There is another 2 houses nearby, (see our other listing) If you don't have your own boat, then you will have to book a water taxi or mailboat. We can assist you with this. There is an extra water taxi cost. Please know your fishing regulations.
