Description
A perfect retreat the property has all the comforts of home and won't feel like a bach. 5 mins walk to town, cafes, playground and foreshore. Peaceful & private outdoor living areas. Lots of extras- selection of books, magazines for lazy days, SKY TV (from Sept 2011),DVD, CD player, small selection of toys and DVD's. Tea towels, dish wash and cleaning products supplied. Comfortable beds and pillows, tastefully decorated with local art. Fully fenced (high) section with gated parking for boat. Small sleepout with verandah. Home has 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets,shower bath and vanities. You need to supply own linen (or arranged at your cost), tea, coffee etc and toilet tissue. (all available in emergencies!) You will also need to leave the home perfectly clean and tidy (this keeps the price down!) & take rubbish with you. Dogs-please enquire. Smoking outside only.
