The balcony of 301 provides a bird’s eye view of the marina and the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the famous Marlborough Sounds, Queen Charlotte Track and Queen Charlotte Drive. The Marlborough wine region is a short drive away.

The large kitchen is fully kitted including double oven, ceramic cook top, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a BBQ on the balcony makes self catering an option should you tire of the many wonderful places to eat in Picton and further a field in the Marlborough wine region.

The three bedrooms are: Main queen bedded ensuite bedroom. Queen bedded room and twin bedded room. The ensuite has a large tiled walk in shower and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.

The comfortable lounge has the latest entertainment equipment including wide screen television, DVD player and stereo amplifier. Sky television is provided. Internet access is available to guest lap tops with wireless internet connection capability.

This luxury apartment has a small communal gym, one secure car park and lift access to the door on the third floor.
