Kitchen, dining room, conservatory, lounge and main bedroom have outstanding marina and water views.
The main living areas have indoor/outdoor access to a large timber deck and lawn area just above the water's edge; it is an ideal spot to relax and watch hours and hours of marina and promenade activities.
Good cafes and restaurants are a five minute stroll away along the marina waterfront.
Picton is the gateway to the Marlborough Sounds. There are many interesting things to do including bush walks, boat trips, scenic flights, fishing, swimming, sailing, kayaking, dolphin watching etc.
Additionally, the world-famous Marlborough vineyards and restaurants are only a half hour's drive away, Nelson an hour and a half's drive away, and Wellington a 3.5 hour enjoyable boat cruise away.
