Situated in Kumutoto Bay by boat access only this House commands a stunning 180 dgrees view of the across to the Kumutoto Bay Native Reserve from the two deck areas. Just 10 mins by Boat from Waikawa.
The house has NW aspects so holds the sun until late in the evening Summer and Winter. The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large modern Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A gas barbeque is also provided. The living area is heated by a log burner if required and there is free to air TV with DVD and vidoe for the rainy days. Three Double bedrooms with a single bathroom and laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. Three double bedrooms one with Kingsize Bed and two with single beds and bunks. Plus 2 WC's.
Kayaks are provided. The beach is good for swimming. There is a private jetty and also a 4 tonne mooring for vessels up to 15 metres. There are regular water taxis into the bay if required.
