Flat section, parking for 2-3 boats, large gas BBQ on sunny decking with outdoor seating. Fenced section. 15-20 minute walk to Waikawa Marina and 20-30 minutes walk to Waikawa Bay and playground, 8 minute drive to Picton or approx. 40 minute walk. Cleaning Bond required prior to arrival: the house will be inspected after you have vacated and if up to the standard it was when you arrived will be reimbursed by Direct Credit.
