Description
Delaware Bay is less than 1/2hr drive from Nelson City (approx 26km). Our property of 24ha runs alongside the Delaware Beach so is very unique and private. We are at the end of 4kms of private road so you feel you're "the only people in this part of the world." IDEAL HONEYMOON spot,yet only 25 mins to the city for shopping etc. 10 mins to "Happy Valley" 4x4 motorbike adventures and "skywire". 12 mins to "Cable Bay Walkway" through private farmland to "The Glen" another beach area. The bach is set amongst trees ,and although not far from main house ,is very private. Has the feel of "the original Kiwi bach" but has modern comforts and so cosy. Large fully fenced yard. Set straight above the beach with views of Tasman Bay Where else can you have all this privacy , & only a short stroll to the beach. Try catching yourself a fish for breakfast! Sky TV Video player Phone, but please bring pre-paid voucher. Sometimes you're the only one on nearly 2 miles of beach !! Cell phone coverage is patchy NO OUTDOORS FIRES TO BE LIT
