Description
This studio unit is on a flat quarter acre section with a private courtyard - outdoor fire for great evenings outside. This is a well equipped unit with everything you need for a break away. Property is adjacent to the school for safe playing for children: swimming pool, playground. A great base for exploring Kahurangi National Park, Heaphy Track, Farewell Spit, the sea (whitebaiting, fishing and scalloping) and the many surrounding beaches.
