“It was wonderful having private access to the golden sand beach at Breaker Bay. The house is very comfortable with great views. We had parking for our car in the garage and it is only a couple of minutes from the Kaiteriteri boat ramp.”
This modern, red-cedar well-furnished home overlooking the beach has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. If windy the barbeque can be placed in a sheltered area - which gets the afternoon sun. The house is carpeted with toilets and bathrooms downstairs and upstairs. This is a home which is a great place to stay at any time, as there is an open fireplace and supply of firewood for cosy warmth in winter months and a library for wet days. There is also a small rowboat.
