The house is very large and can take more people - please make an enquiry on 027 6632 639.
Please note: although we offer b&b this is very private, we as owners do not live in the house we live on the property in seperate accommodation.

You will find us on the road to Rabbit Island, five minutes from Richmond, 20 minutes drive from Motueka, 8 minutes from Mapua Village situated on 25 acres in the middle of the beautiful Waimea Plains within Nelson's renowned arts and crafts circle.

Minutes from Rough Island (Equestrian Park) and Rabbit Island (beach), one of New Zealand’s best kept secrets, kilometers of biking, walking, running and riding tracks found in gorgeous isolation. Appleby House is 1 km off State Highway 60 (highway to the Abel Tasman National Park).

Appleby House is available for holiday rental year round, either to rent the whole house or take advantage of the b&b options.
