Solar heated swimming pool available for use. Across the road from the Motueka beach with private access to reserve and water ways at the rear of property.

cottage is at rear of owners property, but is well seperated and private. Owners 3 bedroom house is also available for rent at peak holiday times P.O.A. This could be an ideal situation for two families.
