Description

This is your chance to stay in a historic warm fully renovated character bungalow. It is not a private home for rent with family photos, but a purpose renovated private residential accommodation for short and medium term stays. It's a perfect place for a group or family.

The bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lounge/dinning room. It has 2 very private outdoor living areas.

The master bedroom suite has a stunning bed made of native Kauri. It has it's own private outside living area, kitchenette and a bathroom boasting a beautiful cast iron rolled top claw foot bath.

The rest of the house share the second bathroom that has a built in tiled shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail plus a washing machine and vented dryer.

The kitchen has everything you need. It includes a gas stove, double draw dishwasher and fridge/freezer that includes filtered chilled water and ice-maker.

The lounge is very comfortable and is focused around a working log fire. It has a 42 inc LED television. Sky TV with movies and sport plus PS3 that can play DVD, Blu-Ray disc, CD's and video games.
