$350-$450 for 4 people (whole villa)+ $25 for each extra person
Description
A sea captain who wanted to stay close to the water built Villa Victoria in 1909. The house retains the colonial charm of old Nelson, has commanding sea views on two sides and ancient Rata trees in the garden.
Nelson’s famous seafood restaurant the “Boat Shed” is just a stone’s throw away. Alternatively enjoy a barbeque in the garden as the sun sets across the sea.

“We loved staying at Villa Victoria. We
caught up with friends and family and
the covered table and deck area was
beautiful to hang around in. The kids
loved the sunken bath and we stayed
toasty warm with the heat pump.
We would love to stay again…perfect!”

“We had a wonderful family holiday at
Villa Victoria. Everything was just as
nice as it looks on the website. It’s a
great house in a very handy location
for town and the Boatshed Cafe and
other restaurants. The views are
spectacular!! Everything was easy to
arrange and we’d highly recommend
staying here.”
