Description
With 3 bedrooms, Lemon Tree Cottage is ideal for families or couples travelling together. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from The Centre of New Zealand and the Botanic Reserve, the cottage is furnished to a high standard to provide comfortable living.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has lots of windows, flooding the cottage with light. The kitchen is fully equipped including pantry basics. For day trips, beach towels, a chilly bag and picnic plates are provided. The living room has TV with Freeview, DVD player and stereo.
The two main bedrooms have stipped rimu floor boards, built in wardrobes, and wooden slat beds with quality matresses. The master bedroom also has an additional TV.
To the rear is a fenced, private sun-filled garden, with lemon tree, outside table and chairs and barbeque. Well behaved dogs are welcome!
Town is a 10 minute stroll over the Hardy Street bridge over the Maitai river, and past the Queen's Gardens.
The cottage is 100m from The Botanics (a large park/playing field ideal for frisbee, football, rugby, with a children's playground).
The cottage has a garage and off street parking.

“Prompt replies to all emails. Provided helpful info on bach location and other instructions. A great location. An easy walk to town so we ate out every night, but there is a bbq there which would be good for longer stays. The house had all the basics and modern, comfortable beds. “
