Minimum stay of 3 nights.
The above cost is for 2 people. Additional guests are $15 per adult/child per night. 10% discount on stays of 7 -13 nights, 15% on stays of 14 nights or more.
Linen (sheets, duvets, towels, etc) is included in rental cost.

Please note the cottage is to be left clean and tidy on departure, as found. A "walk in - walk out" cleaning service can be provided for an additional cost - please enquire.
Description
With 3 bedrooms, Lemon Tree Cottage is ideal for families or couples travelling together. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a mere 10 minute walk from town, the cottage is furnished to a high standard to provide comfortable living.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has lots of windows, flooding the cottage with light. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and pantry basics. For day trips, beach towels, a chilly bag and picnic plates are provided. The living room has TV with Freeview, DVD player and stereo. The bathroom was renovated in 2012 and the cottage has 2 toilets.
The two main bedrooms have stipped rimu floor boards, built in wardrobes, and wooden slat beds with quality mattresses. Linen and towels are provided. The master bedroom also has an additional TV.
To the rear is a fenced, private sun-filled garden, with lemon tree, outside table and chairs and barbeque. Well behaved dogs are welcome!
Town is a 10 minute stroll over the Hardy Street bridge over the Maitai river. The cottage is 100m from The Botanics playing field and a children's playground.
The cottage has a garage and off street parking.
