+ NZ$25 per night per extra person up to a total occupancy of 6 people

We can be flexible with dates within reason. Please ask if you require extra days either side of dates available.

Description

Our home is situated overlooking beautiful Tahunanui Beach. With 180 degree views from Richmond to the south around to The Cut and harbour to the North. The house was an original 1930's villa that has been architecturally renovated and extended in 2006 keeping the original features of the property. A perfect location for a relaxing family holiday or a total escape from big city stresses. Take a 3 minute walk down to the beach or just relax on the 50sq mt deck and drink up the views while you BBQ a meal. The kitchen has an induction heat cooktop for fast cooking or else utilise the covered BBQ on the deck. Relax in the comfortable living room with sea and mountain views at every window. Utilise the home theatre system or just enjoy the sound of the sea.

Bed Linen:	Supplied; Linen for all beds supplied, bath and beach towels also provided.
Other Restrictions:	Children staying in the house must be over 5yrs of age. Please clean the house before departure. If you require professional cleaning please advise us at time of booking. This will incur an additional charge.

Pets:	No ; We have an outside cat that would need to be fed.
