Once upon a time this was a quaint rimu-based beach bach, but over the years this special place has grown into a spacious, sunny, 3-double bedroom family home (one is currently a computer-room/office) with 2-car garaging available, large kitchen, and lovely sunroom!

Recently the house has been completely re-painted inside and new carpet laid in the bedrooms and lounge. It feels fresh, light and spacious throughout.

You will enjoy beautiful sea views from the lounge, main bedroom, sunroom and the large deck. Plenty of places and spaces for cars, boats, and toys completes the package.
Ideally situated between Takaka (12 min. drive) and Collingwood (5 min.) at one of Golden Bay’s most beautiful beaches, this well maintained home is just waiting for you!
