Gorgeous, relaxing holiday house 400m walk to Pohara Beach. Fully fenced large property with fruit trees and plenty of parking space for boat/cars. A stylish new bathroom, second toilet and laundry have been built and the two bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Large decks off the kitchen and lounge with outdoor furniture get all day sun. New shadesail provides comfort for outdoor dining. New sliding doors in lounge and master bedroom allow for easy indoor-outdoor flow. New fire, heat transfer system and double glazing mean year round warmth and comfort
There is also a portacot with bedding.

The large lawn is ideal for children to play on or for pitching a tent. Pohara Valley Road is a quiet street with ample birdlife yet just a 10 minute walk along the Pohara beach to the local shop and cafe. To keep up the high standard of cleanliness we require all holiday makers to pay $50 for a cleaner.
