Tariff

NZ$2,500 per week, two weeks NZ$4,500 and thereafter NZ$1,500 per week. Available for longer lets at negotiable rental. There is also a one off cleaning fee of NZ$150 regardless of the length of the let.

Description

The house was built in 2002 by a local architect and is Mediterranean in style. Modern, it has all the features for easy living,outdoor and indoor. Beautifully situated, with views of Tasman Bay to Nelson City. There is a path through natural bush to the beach, and from there a stroll along the beach to Mapua.

The house is beautifully furnished, to the highest standard, with everything necessary for entertaining friends or simply chilling out. The garden is secluded and rich in natural Kiwi flora and fauna. If you are looking to explore the Nelson region, bide a while in the area or simply chill out on holiday and relax, this house is ideal.

Comments:	The house has a separate studio/study and double garage There is a shower room and toilet on each level. The neighbourhood is quiet and welcoming. There is a beautiful walk through native bush to the beach and a stroll along the beach to Mapua. The house is equipped with tennis and golf equipment as well as mountain bikes and helmets for use by occupants. The gardens are secluded and well maintained.The house is an ideal base for exploring the Nelson region or simply for staying put and chilling ! A little bit of Italy in the South Island.
