$85 per night. Single night cleaning surcharge of $20.
$425 per week (stay 7 nights, pay for 5, ~30% discount)

Minimum two nights for holiday weekends including Nelson Anniversary, Waitangi Day, Easter (3 night minimum), Queens Birthday, Labour Day and the peak summer holiday period from 15 Dec'12 to 13 Jan'13.

Minimum two nights also applies for special event weekends: 26-27 Feb - Power Boats regatta; 3-4 March - Classic Boats regatta; 21 April - Alpine Lodge Loop the Lake.

Description

A classic kiwi bach in the heart of St Arnaud village. Large section, close to the Lake and all amenities.

Only 7 minute walk to Lake or Village Centre/shop. Close to tennis courts and children's playground. 25 minutes drive to Rainbow Skifield.

The cottage has a combined kitchen/dining/lounge area with open fire (firewood provided) and new ceiling and underfloor insulation.

Sleeps up to 5 in the cottage and 2 in adjacent sleep-out. Room: double in main bdrm, single in 2nd bdrm and two single divan beds in main living area. Sleep-out has a double.

Fully furnished excluding washing machine. Laundry services available at campground, a seven minutes walk.

You will need to provide your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels etc. Pillows, blankets and duvets provided.

No pets or smokers.
